So, as you can see, I haven’t posted in over a month.  My train de-railed, but it didn’t crash into a ravine, so I was able to get back on track.

I hit a point where, no matter what I did, I was staying at the same weight. I was logging my food daily, and staying away from “bad” foods, but I was getting no results. This lasted for nearly a month, so I became very frustrated.

I stopped logging my food every day and allowed myself to eat some of the “bad” foods, but I did it in moderation. Instead of ordering a whole pizza, I’ll have a piece or two, if I’m really craving it, and I won’t have anything left over to tempt me.

Once I started doing this, the weight started coming off again. I’m gown another 7 pounds, making it a total of 40 pounds down, from my highest weight.
